This Privacy Policy explains how APT. ("APT.", "we", "us" or "our") collects, uses, discloses and protects your personal data when you access or use this website, make a reservation, or otherwise interact with us. It is provided in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 of Singapore (the "PDPA").
This Privacy Policy applies to personal data collected by APT. in connection with your enquiries, reservations and stays with us. APT. is a serviced apartment operator based within Stamford Place, a mixed-use development at 61 Stamford Road. Where you interact with other operators or shared facilities within Stamford Place — such as The Great Room coworking spaces, Stamford Social, or building management and security services — your personal data may also be handled under those operators' own privacy practices, separate from this Privacy Policy.
By accessing and using this website, or by providing your personal data to us, you consent to the collection, use and disclosure of your personal data in the manner set out in this Privacy Policy.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time at our sole discretion. All changes will be posted on this page, and your continued use of this website after such changes have been posted will constitute your acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy. You should therefore review this page each time you visit this website.

For the safety and security of our guests, staff and premises, closed-circuit television (CCTV) and similar surveillance systems operate at APT. and within Stamford Place.
Within the apartments, corridors and other areas that APT. directly manages, CCTV footage is collected and controlled by APT. for security and safety purposes, and is subject to this Privacy Policy.
Common areas of Stamford Place — including the lobby, lifts, and shared facilities such as The Great Room and Stamford Social — are covered by CCTV systems operated by Stamford Place's building management, not by APT. Personal data collected through those systems is subject to Stamford Place's own arrangements for its collection, use and protection, and falls outside this Privacy Policy.
CCTV footage is used solely for safety, security and crime prevention purposes. It is not used for marketing or any other purpose without your consent, except where required or permitted by law.
We will make reasonable security arrangements to protect your personal data in our possession or under our control against unauthorised access, collection, use, disclosure, copying, modification, disposal or similar risks. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We will retain your personal data only for as long as it is necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, or as required or permitted by applicable laws. When your personal data is no longer required for any business or legal purpose, we will take reasonable steps to destroy or anonymise it.
Where we transfer your personal data outside of Singapore, we will ensure that the receiving party provides a standard of protection to the transferred personal data that is comparable to the protection under the PDPA, in accordance with applicable law.
Subject to applicable law, you may:
(a) request access to the personal data we hold about you, and information about how it has been used or disclosed;
(b) request correction of any personal data that is inaccurate or incomplete; and
(c) withdraw your consent to our continued collection, use or disclosure of your personal data, by contacting us using the details below. Please note that withdrawing your consent may affect our ability to provide you with certain services.
We will respond to your request within a reasonable time. We may charge a reasonable fee for access requests, and will inform you of any such fee in advance.
Where you have consented to receive marketing communications from us, you may opt out at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions included in each communication, or by contacting us using the details below. Please allow a reasonable period for your request to take effect.
