Check-in from 3:00 pm; check-out by 12:00 noon. Early check-in and late check-out are both available on request and subject to availability. Your concierge can arrange either at the time of booking, or simply on the morning of.
Yes — we offer both short and long-term stay, starting from six nights, up to an entire season or more.
We're not currently pet-friendly, so we're unable to accommodate pets during your stay.
This is a non-smoking property. A deep-cleaning surcharge applies if evidence of smoking is found inside the apartment.
We allocate by apartment type rather than specific unit, but if you have a preference (high floor, city view, quieter side) let reservations know at the time of booking and we'll do our best. Long-stay guests are given first pick.
Selected apartments come with their own washer-dryer, with detergent and softener provided and replenished throughout your stay. A common launderette on Level 3 is also available, with token-operated washers and dryers. For dry cleaning or pressing, leave your items with the concierge by 9.30 am and they'll be returned the same day by 7 pm.

Yes — the gym is open 24/7 and equipped with Technogym equipment.
Yes, on-site parking is available at basement level. EV charging stations are also available. Parking charges apply.

Changi Airport is around twenty-five minutes away by car, subject to traffic conditions.
City Hall station (North-South and East-West Lines) is a three-minute walk. Bras Basah (Circle Line) is five minutes. Bencoolen (Downtown Line) and Dhoby Ghaut (North-South Line) are both under eight minutes on foot.
The Stamford Road bus stop is directly outside the building, served by routes 7, 14, 16, 36, and 111. The Armenian Church stop on Hill Street is a two-minute walk away with additional routes into Orchard, Marina Bay, and the East Coast.
