Our Story
Long before APT., this corner of Stamford Road and Hill Street was already a place to call home.

In 1920, Eu Court rose here as one of Singapore's earliest apartment buildings. It later became Stamford Court, the distinctive brown-marble-and-glass landmark completed in 1996.
Today, Stamford Place stands on the same ground, with APT. on its 3rd and 4th floors — carrying the site's story into a new chapter.

The Approach
At Stamford Place, that meant reimagining rather than replacing — preserving the building's character and giving it a new purpose. The clock tower remains. So do its distinctive glass frames, details that have endured through the building's evolution.
That same thinking carries into every APT. apartment. Hybrid cooling gives you the choice of air-conditioning or a ceiling fan. Kitchens use induction rather than gas.
Single-use plastics are kept out of the room, while considered specifications help conserve energy and water without asking you to compromise on comfort.
Stamford Place holds Singapore's BCA Green Mark Platinum Super Low Energy rating, and is being certified to the same standard as the building begins its next chapter. Bicycle parking and EV charging are part of the picture, too.
And sustainability here isn't only about energy. Through our collaboration with The Artling, works by Southeast Asian artists bring a sense of place into APT. — connecting the building not just to its past, but to the culture around it.
